Magnolia Wedding Invitation

The Magnolia wedding invitation suite may be customized with letterpress or foil printing, font choices, paper selections and ink or foil colors. 

Embellishments such as envelope liners, vellum wraps and silk ribbon may be added, offering a subtle layer of depth and texture.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We'll guide you through each selection to ensure your invitation suite feels cohesive and beautifully executed.

3 Piece Invitation Suites: Include invitation card, outer envelope (with return address printing), reply card (with website or QR code).

4 Piece Invitation Suites: Include invitation card, outer envelope (with return address printing), reply card, reply envelope (with return address printing).

Letterpress or foil return address printing is included on outer and reply envelopes, creating a beautifully consistent look throughout the suite.

Card Sizes: 

  • Invitation: 5" x 7" (A7), 5.5" x 8.5" (A9), Royalty size or Handmade paper size
  • Reply Card: 4.875" x 3.5" (4 Bar) or 5.5" x 4.25" (A2), depending on wording

Paper: 

  • Letterpress printing: 110 lb. or 220 lb. Crane Lettra cotton paper. Color choices are soft white or bright white.
  • Foil printing: Crane Lettra cotton paper or Color Cardstock 
  • Digital White Ink printing: Color Cardstock

Envelopes: 

  • Matching soft white or bright white envelopes are included, with the option to upgrade to color for outer and/or reply envelopes.

PRICING

Three-piece letterpress invitation suites begin at $1,125 based on a quantity of 50 (includes invitation, reply card, and outer envelope with return address).

Pricing will vary based on your selections, including printing method, quantity, and any additional pieces or embellishments, with most clients investing between $2,000–$4,000 for 100 suites.

Our process is designed to feel simple and guided from start to finish.

STEP 1: Order Samples + Request Quote

Order a sample to experience the textures, print methods, and embellishments firsthand.

STEP 2:  Retainer & Design Process

A $750 retainer begins the design process and is applied toward your final balance. After submitting your retainer, you’ll complete your selections here and receive your first round of digital proofs within 3–4 business days. Three rounds of revisions are included.

STEP 3:  Contract & Final Payment

Once your proofs are finalized, you’ll receive a contract outlining your final selections and balance. After approval and final payment, your suite will move into production.

STEP 4:  Printing & Shipping

Upon receiving your signed contract and final payment, production of your order will begin and it will be shipped to you within 4-6 weeks.

Production times:

  • 4-6+ weeks (plus shipping time), depending on size of order.

  • All orders will be shipped UPS Ground (expedited shipping is available).

Invitation Piece Options

Each suite begins with a core set of pieces, designed as a starting point for your invitation suite. From there, you may incorporate embellishments such as envelope liners, color envelopes, vellum wraps and silk ribbon to create a suite that feels tailored to your celebration.

    Samples & Quote

    Order a sample to experience the textures, print methods, and embellishments firsthand. Request a detailed quote tailored to your quantities and preferred options.

    Retainer

    The retainer begins the design process and is applied toward your final balance. Purchase the retainer on your chosen invitation design to begin your invitation suite.

  • 3

    Proofs

    Fill out the order form indicating what you would like included. A digital proof of your invitation suite, along with an estimate will be emailed to you within 3-5 business days.

  • 4

    Approval

    When the proofs are finalized, you will receive a contract by email that will include the order information. At this time the final balance is due and you will receive an invoice.

  • 5

    Production

    Upon receiving your signed contract and final payment, production of your order will begin and it will be shipped to you within 4-6 weeks.
