GENERAL QUESTIONS


Q :  DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
A :  Of course!  I love working with international clients and will do my best to find the most reasonable shipping rates for you.  Please note, CHATHAM & CARON is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.

Q :  DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
A :  Collecting sales tax is not required on any orders outside the state of Colorado.  For all Colorado orders, a sales tax does apply.

Q :  WHAT KIND OF PAPER IS USED?
A :  The majority of the products are printed on Crane Lettra paper.  The 100% cotton paper is soft, thick, luxurious to the touch and takes impressions beautifully. Folded cards are printed on a 100 lb soft white card stock.

Q :  WHAT KIND OF PRINTING PRESS DO YOU USE IN YOUR STUDIO?
A :  I print on a Golding Pearl press that was made in 1902.  Her name is Lola and she turns out beautiful work.

Q :  WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
A :  All major credit cards, PayPal or checks. 

Q :  WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICIES?
A :  Custom orders:  Orders can be canceled any time prior to final approval.  Deposits are for design services and cannot be refunded for any reason.  Due to the personalized nature of custom stationery, no refunds are available upon approval of proofs, final payment has been received and contract is signed (for wedding invitations). 
Ready made items:  These may be returned within 10 days for a refund or exchange.  If you wish to make a return, please email me and let me know the reason for your return.  I can only accept items in original condition and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING

Q :  WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR MY ORDER?
A :  Wedding invitations:  Upon receiving your signed contract and final payment, I will begin production of your order and it will be shipped to you within 4-5 weeks.
Personalized stationery:  Upon receiving your approval of the final proof, I will begin production of your order and it will be shipped to you within 2-3 weeks.
Ready made products:  In stock items will ship within 1-3 business days.

Q :  DO YOU ACCEPT RUSH ORDERS?
A :  Yes!  Rush orders will be subject to additional charges and will be taken on if the time is available.  Please contact us for a quote.

Q :  HOW WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
A :  Wedding invitations are shipped using UPS Ground.  All other orders are shipped using USPS first class or priority mail (depending on weight).

WEDDING INVITATION QUESTIONS

Q :  HOW MANY INVITATIONS SHOULD I ORDER?
A :  I recommend ordering 10% extra for any last minute additions to your guest list.  It is much less to order a few extras than to pay for a second run.
 
Q : IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO MAKE SURE MY INVITATIONS REACH MY GUESTS IN PRISTINE SHAPE?
A : Request that your invitations be hand-canceled at your local post office. That will save a lot of wear and tear on your outer envelopes.
