SHIPPING

Q :  WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR MY ORDER?
A :  Upon receiving your signed contract and final payment, we will begin production of your order. Wedding invitation production time is 4-5 weeks and Save the Date production time is 2-3 weeks. If we are assembling your order, the assembly may add 1 week to production. We recommend allowing at least 1-2 weeks for the design and proofing process.

Q :  DO YOU ACCEPT RUSH ORDERS?
A :  Not at this time.  We like to be able to give our standard orders the utmost attention. If possible, we may be able to get the order out a week earlier or send the envelopes to your calligrapher ahead of time.  Please contact us if you have any questions about the timing and turnaround for your order.

Q :  HOW WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
A :  Wedding invitations are shipped using UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.  All other orders are shipped using USPS first class or priority mail (depending on weight).

WEDDING INVITATION QUESTIONS

Q :  HOW MANY INVITATIONS SHOULD I ORDER?
A :  We recommend ordering 10% extra for any last minute additions to your guest list.  It is much less to order a few extras than to pay for a second run.

Q : IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO MAKE SURE MY INVITATIONS REACH MY GUESTS IN PRISTINE SHAPE?
A : Request that your invitations be hand-canceled at your local post office. That will save a lot of wear and tear on your outer envelopes.
