Card Size: 

• Save the Date: 4.5" x 6.25"

Paper: 

• Digital printing: 100 lb. cardstock with an eggshell finish. Color choices are soft white or bright white.
• Letterpress printing: 110 lb. Crane Lettra cotton paper. Color choices are soft white or bright white.
• Foil printing: Option 1: 110 lb. Crane Lettra cotton paper. Color choices are soft white or bright white. Option 2: 130 lb. Color Cardstock (see options here).
• Digital White Ink printing: 100 lb. Color Cardstock (see options here).

Envelopes: 

• Matching white envelopes are included.
• You have the option to upgrade to a color envelope. See options here.

Embellishments: 

• Wax seals, envelope liners, ribbon, insert cards, etc. can be added for an additional charge. See options here.

Guest addresses: 

• You have the option to add on guest name/address printing.

STEP 1: Order Samples

It is recommended to order a sample before you move forward with a retainer. This will allow you to experience the textures, print methods, and craftsmanship firsthand.

STEP 2:  Quote

You can receive a detailed quote by filling out the form here. The pricing guide can be viewed here.

STEP 3:  Deposit/Retainer

Once you are ready to place your order, purchase the $300 retainer on the design of your choice and the design process will begin on your digital proofs.  The retainer is required to start the design and proofing process and will be subtracted from your final balance.

STEP 4:  Proofs

Once the retainer is paid, please fill out the order form here, indicating what you would like included along with your wording, ink/foil color and font choices. After your information is received, a digital proof of your Save the Date, along with an order estimate will be emailed to you within 2-4 business days. 3 rounds of revisions are included with your order.

STEP 5:  Contract & Final Payment

When the proofs are finalized, you will receive a contract that will include the quantities, pricing and final proofs.  You will be able to review and verify that everything is correct.  At this time the final balance is due and you will receive an invoice.  

STEP 6:  Printing & Shipping

Upon receiving your signed contract and final payment, production of your order will begin and it will be shipped to you within 2-4 weeks. All orders will be shipped UPS ground (expedited shipping is available).

Production dates are limited for each month and we encourage you to place your deposit/retainer as early as possible to secure that time frame. 

Once your contract has been signed, production begins right away and no further changes can be made.

Production times:

• Letterpress, Foil and Digital White Ink orders: 3-4 weeks plus shipping time
• Digital orders: 2-3 weeks plus shipping time

• All orders will be shipped UPS Ground (expedited shipping is available).
