PRODUCT INFORMATION

4 Piece Invitation Suites include: invitation card, outer envelope (with return address printing), reply card, reply envelope (with return address printing).

3 Piece Invitation Suites include: invitation card, outer envelope (with return address printing), reply card.

Card Sizes: 

  • Invitation: 5" x 7" (A7), 5.5" x 8.5" (A9), Royalty size or Handmade paper size (see options here).
  • Reply Card: 4.875" x 3.5" (4 Bar) or 5.5" x 4.25" (A2). If you need entrée selections, welcome party or brunch lines, accommodation line or dietary restrictions, the larger size will be used. 

Paper: 

  • Letterpress printing: 110 lb. or 220 lb. Crane Lettra cotton paper. Color choices are soft white or bright white.
  • Foil printing: Option 1: 110 lb. or 220 lb. Crane Lettra cotton paper. Color choices are soft white or bright white. Option 2: 130 lb. Color Cardstock (see options here).
  • Digital White Ink printing: 100 lb. Color Cardstock (only available for accent cards; see options here).

Envelopes: 

  • Matching soft white or bright white envelopes are included for the outer envelopes and reply envelopes. You may upgrade to a color envelope for the outer and/or reply envelope (see options here).
  • All orders will include 15% extra outer envelopes unless digital guest address printing is added.

ORDERING

STEP 1: Order Samples + Request Quote

It is recommended to order a sample before you move forward with a retainer. This will allow you to experience the textures, print methods, and craftsmanship firsthand.

STEP 2:  Retainer & Design Process

A $750 retainer secures your place on our studio’s calendar. The retainer is required to start the design process and will be subtracted from your final balance.

Once the retainer is paid, please fill out the order form here, indicating what you would like included. After your information is received, a digital proof of your Invitation Suite, along with an order estimate will be emailed to you within 3-4 business days. 3 rounds of revisions are included with your order.

STEP 3:  Contract & Final Payment

When the proofs are finalized, you will receive a contract that will include the quantities, pricing and final proofs.  You will be able to review and verify that everything is correct.  At this time the final balance is due and you will receive an invoice.  

STEP 4:  Printing & Shipping

Upon receiving your signed contract and final payment, production of your order will begin and it will be shipped to you within 4-6+ weeks. All orders will be shipped UPS ground (expedited shipping is available).

PRODUCTION TIMES

Production times:

  • 4-6+ weeks (plus shipping time), depending on size of order and print method(s).

Once your contract has been signed, production begins right away and no further changes can be made.
