BELLO: Save the Date
The Bello design may be customized with digital, letterpress or foil printing, font choices, paper selections and ink or foil colors.
Embellishments such as envelope liners, vellum wraps and silk ribbon may be added, offering a subtle layer of depth and texture.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Includes the Save the Date card, envelope and return address printing.
Card Size:
- Save the Date: 4.5" x 6.25"
Paper:
- Digital printing: 120 lb. cardstock. Color choices are soft white or bright white.
- Letterpress printing: 110 lb. Crane Lettra cotton paper. Color choices are soft white or bright white.
- Foil printing: Crane Lettra cotton paper or Color Cardstock
- Digital White Ink printing: Color Cardstock
Envelopes:
- Matching soft white or bright white envelopes are included, with the option to upgrade to color envelopes.
Guest addresses:
- You have the option to add on guest name/address printing.

PRICING
Save the Dates begin at $350 with digital printing, based on a quantity of 50 (includes Save the Date card and outer envelope with return address).
Pricing will vary based on your selections, including printing method, quantity, and any additional pieces or embellishments.
ORDERING & PRODUCTION
Our process is designed to feel simple and guided from start to finish.
STEP 1: Order Samples + Request Quote
Order a sample to experience the textures, print methods, and embellishments firsthand.
Request a detailed quote tailored to your quantities and preferred options.
STEP 2: Retainer & Design Process
A $300 retainer begins the design process and is applied toward your final balance. After submitting your retainer, you’ll receive a link to complete the order form. Once received, we'll email your first round of digital proofs within 2-3 business days. Three rounds of revisions are included.
STEP 3: Contract & Final Payment
Once your proofs are finalized, you’ll receive a contract outlining your final selections and balance. After approval and final payment, your Save the Dates will move into production.
STEP 4: Printing & Shipping
Upon receiving your signed contract and final payment, production of your order will begin and it will be shipped to you within 2-4 weeks (see production times below).
Production times:
- Letterpress, Foil & Digital White Ink orders: 3-4 weeks plus shipping time
- Digital orders: 2-3 weeks plus shipping time
Shipping:
- All orders will be shipped UPS Ground (expedited shipping is available).

Retainer
The retainer begins the design process and is applied toward your final balance. Purchase the retainer on your chosen design to begin your Save the Dates.

Proofs
Fill out the order form indicating what you would like included. A digital proof of your invitation suite, along with an estimate will be emailed to you within 3-4 business days.

Approval
When the proofs are finalized, you will receive a contract by email that will include the order information. At this time the final balance is due and you will receive an invoice.

Production
Upon receiving your signed contract and final payment, production of your order will begin and it will be shipped to you within 2-4 weeks.
