Please proofread your digital proofs carefully.  Upon approval of your final proofs, you accept responsibility for the typographical elements of your order, which include any errors.  We are not responsible for errors submitted to us and will not incur the cost of reprinting or shipping an order due to errors approved by you.  In the event of a CHATHAM & CARON error, we will do our best to quickly remedy the situation.  

Wedding invitation orders: Upon receiving your signed contract and final payment, we will begin production of your order and it will be shipped to you within 4-6 weeks. All orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless requested otherwise.  Because of the value of your printed pieces, someone will need to be at the shipping address to sign, in person, for the package.  

Non-wedding orders:  Shipping and turnaround information are listed on the product page for item.

Custom orders:  Orders can be canceled any time prior to final approval.  Deposits are for design services and cannot be refunded for any reason.  Due to the personalized nature of custom stationery, no refunds are available upon approval of proofs, final payment has been received and contract is signed (for wedding invitations).  

Ready made items:  These may be returned within 7 days for a refund or exchange.  If you wish to make a return, please email us and let us know the reason for your return.  We can only accept items in original condition and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please keep in mind that due to the process of letterpress printing, there will be slight variations in color and print.  Each piece is examined before being packaged, but occasionally a flawed piece slips by us.  We include several extras to compensate for this.  Colors are not exact on digital proofs and variations will depend on your monitor settings.  We recommend ordering a sample before you place your final order.  Due to the nature of hand mixing ink for each order, here may be slight variations between sample colors and the colors on your order.  

Please note the color can vary slightly between different press runs and we recommend ordering all of your customized pieces together (invitations, menus, thank you notes, etc.) whenever possible.

Changes to your order can be made any time before approval of proofs, contract is signed (for wedding invitations) and final payment has been received.  After that, production will begin and changes will incur additional charges for new printing plates or reprints.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal or checks.  For wedding invitation orders, a charge of 3% of the final balance will be added if you wish to pay by credit card or PayPal.  A check is the preferred method of payment and will not incur any additional fees.

We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the state of Colorado.  For all Colorado orders, a sales tax does apply.

All designs and proofs are the exclusive property of CHATHAM & CARON and may not be resold or copied for any reason.  All content of www.chathamandcaron.com is the property of CHATHAM & CARON.

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives to you in perfect condition.  If, upon receipt, you find that your order is damaged, please contact CHATHAM & CARON immediately.  Any damage must be reported within five days of delivery.  No allowances or credits will be given after this period.
